Turnkeydevelopment

We build Telegram bots, Mini Apps, websites, web services, mobile apps and integrations. The specification is free and the sum is fixed in the contract. If the work takes more hours than estimated, that is our risk.

What the contract says

  • Free specification
  • Overruns are our risk
  • Pay per stage
  • Your code and server

How the price gets fixed

We name the sum once, after the specification, and put it in the contract together with the stages.

Overruns are our risk
If the work takes more hours than estimated, the sum stays the same. A wrong estimate is our responsibility.
The sum changes only with the spec
Want a new feature? We estimate it separately and sign an addendum. Without one, the price stays.
You pay for an accepted stage
You review and accept every stage. Payment is for a finished result, not everything upfront.

Where to reply

The brief commits you to nothing: we name the sum only after the spec.

What we build

  • Telegram bots

Funnels and subscriptions, payments, access to private channels and chats, programs and challenges, broadcasts.

  • Mini Apps

Storefronts, personal accounts, catalogs and booking right inside Telegram — nothing to install.

  • Websites

Landing pages, company websites and online stores: responsive layout, lead forms, payments, content you can edit without a developer.

  • Web services and admin panels

Control panels, dashboards, CRM-like systems, accounts for customers and staff.

  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for your customers or for your team’s internal work.

  • Integrations and automation

Payment providers, CRM, spreadsheets and accounting systems. We connect what you already use.

    Support

We help after launch: fixes and improvements as agreed.

FAQ

What if I want to change the spec?

We estimate the change separately and sign an addendum: a new feature becomes a new line in the contract with its own price and deadline. The sum never changes without your consent.

Do you work under a contract?

Yes. The contract is signed by IP Nazarov V. D., a Russian sole proprietor, with companies and entrepreneurs. Company details are at the bottom of the page.

Who owns the code?

You do. We hand over the source code, access to the server and services, and documentation. The project runs without us.

Why is the spec free?

Without a spec there is no price we could commit to. So it is our work before the contract.

How does payment work?

By stages. You review and accept each stage, then pay for it. Stages and sums are written into the contract.

What happens after handover?

The project runs on your server. We help with fixes and improvements on terms agreed in advance.
