This policy describes which data we receive through smelo.xyz and what we do with it.

2. What we receive

Through the brief form: your name, a contact (Telegram username or phone number), a comment on the task, and your answers to the brief.

Technical request data: IP address and browser details. We do not store them separately and use them only to protect the form from bulk submissions, with a Cloudflare Turnstile check.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form before sending the brief (Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, Articles 6 and 9).

5. Where the data is processed

The site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. The brief is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (Eastern Europe region) and reaches us as a Telegram message. These services are located outside Russia, so sending the brief involves a cross-border transfer.

We do not hand your data to third parties for their own purposes and do not sell it.

6. How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes in section 3, but no longer than three years after the last contact, or until you withdraw consent.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to the email or Telegram in section 8. We reply within 10 working days.
